Your passionate comments on Station KUZZ’s ‘buried antenna’ seem to require additional amplification. The Commission’s database shows that KUZZ has an antenna 1,365 feet above average terrain - not the “686 feet underground” that you cite. Additionally, Peter Doyle’s letter denying KWVE’s appeal seems well worded and concise. Yes, most of us know that Longley-Rice analysis and prediction methodology can be (much) more accurate than what’s allowed by 73.211 / 73.215, but how often has the Commission granted waivers based on L-R analysis…? (Rhetorical question). Sorry KWVE lost this one, but “Thems the Rules”
